my pregnant girlfreind broke up with me after 4 years

hi all i'm stuck in a corner and need some advice asap.my ex girlfreind and i started going out about 4 and a half years ago.everything was fine so i thought untill about 2 years in our realationship she cheated one me i didnt know this untill she broke up with me about a week after she never really explained why all she said was she fell out of love with me.i was devastated about a month into trying to get over it i find out that she had cheated on me.so finding that out on top of her leaving my was even harder but i just kept on looking forward instead of back and after about 4 months i was starting to feel back to myself again then about a month after that i heard a knock on the front door one day and it was her sobbing andcrying saying she knows she did the wrong thing and has been punishing herself ever since it happend and wanted to become freinds again.i did hesitate at first because of what she did but i felt strong enough to atleast be freinds with her.after about 6months of freindship we ended up back together again.i know very stupid but i still had feelings for her.we where going good untill she found out she was pregnant.she was happy at first and i was over the moon i couldnt wait to be a father.now i new her mum and dad did marijuana but didnt relise untill around 2 months before the pregnancy that she was a full time smoker of it to and i'm not just talking about 1 or 2 a day but 10 to 20 a day more if she could and her parents where supllying her with it and she was also a full time smoker if cigerates to but i am so that didnt really bother me.the drugs did because it changed her anyway when she found out she was pregnant she didnt stop anything hasnt even tried.we fought and fought about it because i knew it would be doing damage to my soon to be child and she new to but didnt seem to care.she broke back up with me again only about 2 weeks ago and she said the exact same thing.she had fallen back out of love with me and that we fought to much but that was only because i wanted her off the drugs.she is currently just about 5 months and still smokeing marijuana and cigerates.i couldnt care less about her now after what she has been doing to my unborn child but i am scared @#$!tless that she will try and take it away from me.we get to find out the sex on the 9th of september but i'am still not sure if she'll let me come.when the baby and if it survives all the abuse its getting right now is born.what rights do i have i dont want to take the child completley off her its her mother and i would never wish to do that but if shekeeps on abuseing drugs around the baby what else can i do.she currently lives back with her mum and dad who are drug useses like i said before.the mother was a heroin addict when she had all her children and had to give them up 8 years till she got clean and same goes with her stepfather he also did a long time in jail for attempted murder.like i said before i dont care about any of them but my number 1 concern is my child and if she ever did take me to court to get full custody what are my chances.i'm stuck in a corner and am scared @#$!tless to what to do.PLEASE HELP
